Situation
RAMP RFID is an innovative technology company which deploys hardware and software components to solve clients business problems. Dexterous has been providing a number of services to RAMP RFID over the years. Their CEO, Peter wanted to outsource more of the company’s financial functions to Dexterous but was concerned about the cost.
Solution
We sat down with Peter and went through the work Dexterous was currently doing. Our work included regulatory compliance as well as cash flow budgeting, operational expenses budgeting and onsite support once a week. We then went through all the other financial work which was being done by RAMP RFID in-house; which included accounts payable, payroll, management reporting and board report preparation. Utilising our team in Manila to carry out this additional work, we were able to present RAMP RFID with an affordable packaged solution where we would take care of all their finance functions.
Outcome
Engaging Dexterous to outsource their accounting and finance functions, Peter and RAMP RFID now have the time to focus on the continued growth of RAMP RFID. The business is much more streamlined with Peter knowing that Dexterous is taking care of the finance function for an agreed reasonable monthly price.
