Condition of entry

The Dexterous Group refer a friend program (“Program”) rewards existing Dexterous Group clients (“Referring Client”) with gift cards for Referring Participants (“Referred Client”) to Dexterous Group.

The Referring client agrees by participating in the program that these terms and conditions apply and are in addition to any other agreement(s) between the Referring client and Dexterous Group, including Dexterous Group’s Terms & Conditions and Dexterous Group’s Privacy Policy.

1. How to earn a referral gift

To participate in the program, Referring clients are eligible to earn a gift card if the following conditions are met:

i) the Referred client has authority over one or more registered Business (Pty Ltd)

ii) the Referred client (Registered Business) signs an engagement letter;

iii) the Referred client is not an existing or previous Dexterous Group client or an associated / related entity of an existing Dexterous Group client;

iv) the Referring client must be an existing client of Dexterous Group; and

v) the Referring or Referred client cannot be associated with the Dexterous Group Referral Partner Program.

To participate in the program, the Referring client must either:

a) Email or Phone their Client Manager the names and contact details of those they are wanting to refer.

b) Email at hello@dexterousgroup.com.au, the names and contact details of those they are wanting to refer.

2. Claiming gift cards

Gift cards provided pursuant to the program are provided by Dexterous Group. The referral gift ($100 Visa Gift Card ) detailed in this program is a net payment. Once the criteria set out in section 1 of these terms and conditions are met, the Referring client will be sent an email containing the gift card with instructions on how to redeem them. Gift cards will be distributed electronically in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Eligibility of Referred Clients

Dexterous Group reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referred client with respect to whether they are a new customer of Dexterous Groups or as otherwise deemed necessary, and may determine any Referred client to be ineligible in its sole discretion.

4. Multiple referrals

A Referring client may refer multiple Referred clients, but only the Referring client is eligible to receive a gift card. There is a limit of one gift card per Referred client. There is no limit on the number of referrals a Referring client can refer nor is there a limit on the number of gift cards a Referring client can receive. Providing the criteria outlined in section 1 above has been met, multiple gift cards may be rewarded.

5. Termination and change

Dexterous Group may suspend or terminate the Program or an existing Dexterous Group client's ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason. Dexterous Group reserves the right to suspend accounts if it notices any activity that it believes is abusive or fraudulent. Dexterous Group reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Referring clients or the Referred client's eligibility for a gift card.

6. Updates to the terms

Dexterous Group reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If Dexterous Group modifies these terms, it will post the modifications on the Dexterous Group website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
