Neutral Bay Creative Activities Group has been family run for the past 20 years and has grown and evolved to a point where it needed a more professional financial setup.
Situation
The Not For Profit before and after school care centre came onboard with Dexterous Group in February 2019, with the specific goal of handing over all accounting and bookkeeping functions in order for management to focus on the thriving business.
The owners recognised that the business had grown to proportions beyond which they could keep all of their financials within the company and family management structure.
Our Solution
We spoke with Chief Executive John Byrne to identify where the business saw itself in the future and how it wanted to get there. We soon established that by taking on the financial responsibilities of the business, they had more time to spare to help more parents get access to childcare.
Outcome
