SkyLife was facing challenges with gathering data quickly and efficiently enough to meet its tight month-end consolidation requirements.

SkyLife struggled with getting their month-end consolidation tasks on time and quick enough, given their tight schedule and lack of manpower hours, which resulted in loss of human hours that could be directed to more important matters. We are consolidating around 66,000 rows every three hours to update the dashboard.
Dexterous implemented an advanced automation system using API and Dashboards. This solution included automatically pulling data from QB and adding them to the live dashboard where the SkyLife team can review all data for all their client entities at once.
The implementation process involved automatic refreshing of the dashboard to remove any manual work and update, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations. We worked closely with the client to meet their functional requirements.
